Police investigate arson in north-end Halifax

HALIFAX – Regional Police are investigating a fire in Halifax’s north-end Wednesday morning that’s been deemed an arson.

Regional Fire crews called police to a suspicious fire in the hallway of a vacant building on Bilby Street just after 8 a.m. Wednesday and later deemed it had been intentionally set.

No was one hurt and police said their investigation is ongoing.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
