Man in custody after weapons complaint

Halifax Regional Police have a man in custody, after reports of a man with a gun in a west end neighbourhood.
Cst. Pierre Bourdages told News 95.7 police received two separate reports of a man wearing camouflage, carrying what appeared to be a long gun.
He said multiple officers, including an Emergency Response Team and a canine unit, responded to the area around the Linear Pathway in Clayton Park/Fairview.
Shortly after, Halifax Regional Police posted a message on Twitter, saying they had a man in custody, and the investigation continues.
