Regional Police are asking for the public’s help in the search for a missing 30-year-old man from Whites Lake.
Michael Slaunwhite was last seen on Friday in Bedford, when police responded to a report of a suspicious person at an Esso Station.
Police say a witness told them Slaunwhite drove to the station, left his car running and entered the store to buy a drink.
He appeared distraught after making his purchase, and ran out of the store, leaving his car behind.
He’s described as white, 5 feet 5 inches, 150 pounds, with shaved brown hair and brown eyes.
He was wearing blue plaid pajama pants, a blue plaid work shirt with a black hood, and dark brown dress boots at the time of the incident. Police say he also wore a gold chain with a large cross around his neck.
