Teen pushing stroller hit by car while jaywalking

A 17-year-old woman and a 7-month old baby were sent to hospital for observation after being hit by a car in Clayton Park last night.
Police say the woman was pushing a child in a stroller when she crossed Lacewood Drive at Willet Street against a red light and was hit by a car.
The baby was knocked out of the stroller by the impact.
The extent of the injuries to both are not known at this point, but are considered to be non-life threatening.
Police say their investigation continues, and there is a possibility that the teenager will be ticketed.
