Grains mostly higher, livestock higher

Grain futures were mostly higher on Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for Sept. was up 1.60 cents at $4.9620 a bushel; Sept. corn rose 3 cents at $3.1360 a bushel; Sept. oats fell 4 cents at $2.69 a bushel; while Aug. soybeans gained 5.80 cents at 8.78 a bushel.

Beef and pork were higher the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Aug. live cattle was rose .012 cent at $1.0400 a pound; Aug. feeder cattle rose .60 cent $1.4310 a pound; Aug. lean hogs gained 1 cent at .5302 pound.
