Halifax Regional Police say a man arrested in connection with metro’s latest homicide has been released without charges.
Kaylin Diggs, 26, was found lying on the ground early Saturday morning near Sackville and Argyle streets. He died in hospital later that day.
Major crime investigators say he was injured during an assault that involved several people.
Police arrested a man for questioning Wednesday and he was released without charges.
Investigators have now identified another potential witness whose picture was one of five released to the public in hopes of finding out what happened to Diggs.
They’re still asking anyone who saw what happened to get in touch.
