Former N.S. man on Interpol’s list of most wanted criminals

A former Nova Scotia resident is now one of the world’s most wanted fugitives.

David “Wolf” MacDonald Carroll, 58, is one of 26 people Interpol is seeking world-wide.

Carroll is a member of the Quebec “Nomads” chapter of the Hell’s Angels and was once considered the overseer of the now-defunct Halifax chapter of the Angels.

Carroll has a number of trafficking and weapons-related convictions but is also alleged to have been involved in the murders of 13 people with various bike gang connections.

Interpol has launched an appeal to the public to report any sign of the 26 fugitives. Photos and background information can be found on the agency’s website.
