Man arrested after downtown indecent act

Halifax Regional Police have arrested a man after an indecent act occurred in downtown Halifax Wednesday.
At around 4:15 p.m., a woman says she was working in a business at the upper end of Hollis Street, when she noticed a man standing on the street looking at her with his pants down.
Police say the suspect had been in the business earlier that day and he’s known to another staff member.
At around 1:10 a.m. Thursday, officers arrested 41-year-old Jason Murray at an Inglis Street apartment, he’ll be in court today facing charges of an indecent act.
