Erica MunnMy start in Radio….about 25! years ago, was by default. There was no room for students in the Travel and Tourism course at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario, so a guidance counsellor suggested Radio. RADIO?? So that's how it all started. And somehow I got the highest mark that year. Also by default….it was sheer adrenalin and fear that drove me. Ironically, I boycotted the announcing classes because I was too scared to go on the air. As promised, I love the pace, the energy and the - ahem - "creative opportunities" - but (also as promised) I'm not crazy about those early mornings. At least there's an upside - you see elements of your co-workers (not to say hairstyles) at 4.a.m. that you'd never see otherwise. Oh, and my co-workers are passably decent people, too.
