Foot fetishist arrested in Ontario
A Nova Scotia man with a bizarre foot fetish is now in trouble with the law in Ontario. Michael Fells was convicted in August 2008 of assault, sexual assault and fraud involving a number of women he gave foot massages to after posing as a massage therapy student. The Herald reports he's now facing a similar accusation in Hamilton. Police allege Fells, who has been going by different names, has been telling women he's in need of volunteer hours to complete a massage therapy program. He's facing at least one sex assault charge so far. Fells was released from the Burnside jail late in August and police believe he moved to Hamilton immediately. Records show he was assessed as a medium to high risk to re-offend.
