The woman who was the common-law wife of Howard Hyde is missing.

Hyde was the schizophrenic man who was arrested for domestic assault in November 2007. He then died at the burnside jail after being tasered by police. His death is the subject of a provincial inquiry.

Police now tell us the woman at the centre of those domestic assault charges has not been seen since october 29. 
51-year-old Karen Kormanaski, who also uses the last names Usher and Ellet, didnt show up for an appointment on october 30.

She is white, 5-foot-8 and about 165 pounds with long dark hair.
