Women’s health groups urge voters to consider Torys’ record on abortion

Several women’s health groups are urging voters to consider Stephen Harper’s track record on abortion when they go to the polls on May 2.

Abortion rights advocates held a news conference Monday at the Morgentaler Abortion Clinic in Toronto.

They said that despite Harper’s promise not to reopen the abortion debate, women’s reproductive rights will be restricted if the conservatives are re-elected.
