RCMP search for missing Eastern Shore senior

Halifax District RCMP are looking for a woman who hasn’t been seen by family members since Monday afternoon.
They say neighbours of 87-year-old Elizabeth Kanigsberg called them after they went to check on her, and found she wasn’t at her East Petpeswick home, just south of Musquodoboit Harbour.
Police say Kanigsberg was at her residence early Tuesday and they believe she visited the Jeddore-area later that morning.
They say her car and other personal belongings aren’t missing.
Elizabeth is described as white, 5’2″ and around 130 pounds with a slim build, short grey hair and brown eyes.
It is believed she was wearing a blue coat, red tam hat and sneakers.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 902-490-5020, or submit an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers.
