Gas prices up again in Nova Scotia after weekly adjustment

HALIFAX – Another jump in price at the gas pump in Nova Scotia.

The provincial regulator used its weekly adjustment to raise the price for regular self serve by 2.3 cents at midnight, driving the minimum price up to 110.7.

A bigger increase in the price for diesel. Fuel prices rising by 3.6 cents to 102.2.

One year ago drivers were paying 1.10 for gas, 97 cents for diesel.

Oil was trading at $49.16 U.S. per barrel, just three cents less than yesterday’s closing price of $49.19.
