Provincially regulated prices fell by 3.7 cents at midnight, lowering the minimum price to 108.9.

A smaller drop for diesel fuel, with prices slipping by 2.5 cents to 100.9.

At this time last year we were paying 1.03 for gasoline, 99 cents for diesel.

Oil was trading at $45.75 us per barrel, just over three dollars less than yesterday’s closing price of $49.44.
