Air Canada 624 class action certified

The class action lawsuit launched after the crash of Air Canada Flight 624 at Halifax Stanfield International Airport is moving forward.

The suit was certified against all 5 defendants including the airline, Airbus, Nav Canada, Transport Canada and the Halifax International Airport Authority.

Wagners law firm, along with a second firm in British Columbia, are now in the process of contacting all of the people involved, passengers may opt out of the action if they do not want to proceed.

The flight landed short of the airport’s runway on March 29th, 2015, skidding along the runway.

There were no fatalities among the 133 passengers who were on the plane when it crashed, but according to the suit, more than two dozen were injured.
