Woman robbed in Dartmouth

Police say a 60-year-old woman received a minor injury when the necklace she was wearing was ripped off her during a robbery last night.

They say she was walking in the area of 1000 Micmac Boulevard around 10:20 p.m. when she was approached by two males.

They also tried to take her purse, but she was able to hold onto it.

Police believe the pair are in their late teens, and say one is around 5′ 2″ with a thin build and a long face.

The second is about 5 feet tall with a heavier build.

Both were wearing dark hoodies and dark pants, one may have been wearing gloves.
