Police looking for cell phone video of robbery

Halifax Regional Police are looking for anyone who may have recorded a Spring Garden Road robbery with their cell phone.
They say just after 5 p.m. on Tuesday March 3rd, a man threatened another man with a knife in front of the new Halifax Central Library.
A witness has told police, it appeared at least one person took a video of the incident on their phone.
James Andrew Ashton, 48, of Dartmouth has been charged with robbery, uttering threats and assault with a weapon, along with two counts of possession of a weapon dangerous to public peace and two counts of carrying a concealed weapon.
