Driver ticketed after 4-car pileup

Halifax Regional Police have ticketed a driver after a 4-vehicle pileup near the Armdale Rotary.
It happened just before 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, at the intersection of Chebucto Road and Philip Street.
Police say a driver traveling south on Philip drove into the intersection without yielding to traffic and ended up colliding with a car, which then drove into two other vehicles.
There were no serious injuries.
Police say the driver responsible has been issued a summary offence ticket for failing to yield to traffic at an intersection.
