A 32-year-old man says he was robbed of his wallet around 1 a.m. Sunday morning.
Police say he was walking home along Thistle Street towards Dundas Street and was approached by a man when he entered the Dartmouth Commons.
The suspect did not threaten or hurt the victim, however he may have had a stick in his hand when he mugged the man.
The victim believes there may have been another 2 to 4 men nearby associated with the suspect.
Police describe the suspect as a tall, thin, white man in his 20s. He was wearing a ball cap, a grey tank top with a logo on the front and during the robbery the man pulled his tank top up to cover his face.
