Police search for suspect after gunshots reported in Clayton Park

Regional police are looking for a suspect after shots were fired in Clayton Park this morning.
Just before 6 a.m., officers were called to the parking lot at the Quality Inn hotel on Parkland Drive and discovered a 53-year-old man injured after getting into a fight with a man known to him.
The victim told police that the man took several shots at him but missed.
The suspect is described by police as 20-years-old with a thin build, 5’10” with brown eyes and black hair.
He was last seen wearing dark clothing and took off with the victim’s car which is described as a yellow Pontiac Aztek.
The victim was taken to hospital with non-life threatening-injuries.
The suspect is believed to be armed.
Police urge residents not to approach him and to contact police immediately if they see him.
