Man seen masturbating in Toyota in downtown Halifax

Police are talking to two people who saw man committing an indecent act in downtown Halfiax.
Constable Brian Palmeter says officers responded to Queen and Kent Streets at about 1:45pm Wednesday.
“Witnesses observed a man in beige Toyota Corolla masturbating,” said Cst. Palmeter. “While they were en route to the call, they did observe a vehicle that matched that description and they stopped the vehicle and spoke to the driver. However, they weren’t able to proceed with charges at that particular time.”
Police got the man’s information and are following up with witnesses.
