Simon and Garfunkel have put their North American tour on hold indefinitely – and that means no July performances in Halifax.
A release from concert promoters Evenko says Art Garfunkel is still suffering from “vocal paresis” and although he’s expected to recover, doctors can’t say how long it will take.
The iconic pair were originally scheduled to perform in Halifax in May, but those dates were bumped to July 24 and 25.
In a release, Garfunkel says he feels bad about disrupting people’s plans but wouldn’t want to perform with anything less than his A-game.
