Man rushed to hospital with ‘life-threatening injuries’ after Dartmouth stabbing

DARTMOUTH – Regional Police are investigating a stabbing in Dartmouth on Saturday afternoon that sent a man to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Just after 1 p.m., police responded to a reported stabbing on a pathway between Albro Lake Road and Farrell Street in Dartmouth where officers found a man suffering from stab wounds.
The man, whose age has not been released, was taken to hospital by EHS and police said in a release Saturday afternoon he was being treated for life-threatening injuries.
Police are looking for a suspect only described as a short black male.
