Man dead after falling from 5th floor balcony

HALIFAX – Halifax Regional Police say a man is dead after it appears he fell from the 5th floor balcony of a residential building in Clayton Park West.
Police were called to 137 Solutions Drive around 10 Sunday morning.
The 39-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say the death is not suspicious, however they are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
