Driver ticketed after pedestrian hit Monday

COLE HARBOUR – RCMP say a driver has been ticketed after a woman was hit by a car Monday morning in Cole Harbour.

Police say the pedestrian was struck at Chameau Crescent and the Forest Hills Parkway at 7:20 a.m.

She was taken to hospital with minor injuries.

A 53-year-old man has been ticketed for failing to yield to a pedestrian.
