Man walking in the street struck by car

DARTMOUTH – A 25-year-old man was taken to hospital after being hit by a car in Dartmouth Thursday night, right after being narrowly missed by another car.
Police said around 8 p.m. on Thursday a man was walking in the street near Victoria Road and Primrose Street when a car swerved to miss him, before he was hit by another car that couldn’t avoid the man.
He suffered minor injuries.
Police said at the time of the accident it was raining, the roads were very wet and it was dark.
There’s no word on whether charges will be laid against the driver, a 35-year-old woman, or the pedestrian.
