Two calls in to two hours leads to charges against two youth

HALIFAX – A 17-year-old man is facing aggravated assault charges after an incident at an Alderney Drive home on Saturday.
Regional Police were called to a home at 40 Alderney Dr. around 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, after reports of a disturbance involving two men, one of which had a knife.
When police arrived they found a 34-year-old man with stab wounds, but say his injuries are non life-threatening.
Police say the 17-year-old male was taken into custody and will face aggravated assault and weapons charges.
Less than two hours later police were called back to the area for another report of people fighting and one armed in a knife.
A 14-year-old male was located after police arrived and is facing weapons, police obstruction and disturbing the peace charges.
