Canada Day fireworks pushed to Friday

HALIFAX – Fog and rain cancelled the Canada Day fireworks over the Halifax Harbour. The city made the announcement just before 9:30 p.m. Wednesday night.
The annual show has been pushed to 10 p.m. Friday night.
Fireworks in Bedford Basin were also cancelled, but a new date has yet to be announced.
