HMCS Fredericton participates in exercise ‘Dynamic Mongoose’

HMCS Fredericton is off to the north sea as part of its deployment under Canada’s response to Russia’s military aggression toward Ukraine.
It will take part in an exercise called ‘Dynamic Mongoose’, where participating units will conduct a series of exercise attacks ranging from all different scenarios including warships against submarines.
Forces from a number of countries including Sweden, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States are taking part.
HMCS Fredericton is based in Halifax and has a crew of about 250 people.
