Eastern Nova Scotia Fair cancelled

ANTIGONISH, N.S. – The Eastern Nova Scotia Exhibition has been cancelled.
Organizers say renovations are scheduled for the arena in Antigonish between June and the end of September.
That means the arena won’t be available for this year’s fall fair.
The exhibition board decided this week the fair couldn’t go ahead without the use of the arena.
This season would have marked the 152nd anniversary for the fair.
