RCMP identify fisherman recovered from Fisher Lake

RCMP have released the name of the fisherman who drowned in Annapolis County’s Fisher Lake.
They say 51-year-old Cecil Ellsworth Brannen of Cape Sable Island was fishing with another man when their small boat flipped over. The men fell into the frigid water, one man was able to swim to shore and call police.
Police say their preliminary investigation has determined the vessel struck a rock before overturning.
Their investigation continues however they do not suspect foul play.
