Police investigating two store robberies

Regional police are looking for two suspects after two stores were robbed last night.
Officers were called to the Sobeys on Windsor Street around 7:30 p.m. after a man handed a note to a cashier, saying he had a weapon and asking her to hand over cash.
The suspect got away with the money.
He is described as a white man, around 30-years-old, 6-feet-tall and 225 pounds. At the time, he was wearing a blue jacket, blue winter hat and sunglasses.
At 9:15 p.m. police were called to Patton’s General Store on Waverly Road in Dartmouth, after reports a customer who bought some lotto tickets came back a few mins later, grabbed the cash register and ran off.
That suspect was spotted getting into a white 4-door car, he’s described as a white man with brown curly hair. He was unshaven, and wearing a two-tone blue golf shirt at the time.
