KISS coming to Halifax in August

KISS is coming to Halifax!

It’s been announced on Gene Simmons’ official website that the band will be touring Canada throughout July and August.

The rockers will be at the Metro Centre in Halifax Aug. 1.

It will be the first time KISS has played an indoor show in Halifax since 1977.

The last time the band was here, it headlined the outdoor “Halifax Rocks” show on The Commons in 2009.

If you can’t see them in Halifax, they’ll be in Saint John a day earlier on July 31, or you can make the trip to St. John’s for Aug. 3.

Is this for real? Why can’t Halifax get any current groups and not washed up geriatric groups.

Geriatric? Go watch them live and say that! They put on a better show than ANY new band on the top 40.
