Province should focus on anti-bullying programs: author

The author of a study on cyberbullying says the N-D-P government in Nova Scotia is spending too much time collecting data rather than focusing on finding anti-bullying programs that can be used in schools.
Wayne MacKay submitted a report with 85 recommendations almost a year ago.
He says the province should be working on offering courses for students on digital citizenship.
Education Minister Ramona Jennex says her department will soon release a plan to deal with cyberbullying.
