The Dollarama Store in the Bayers Lake shopping area is going to need a makeover after a driver lost control and drove into the storefront Thursday afternoon.
Halifax Regional Police say it happened around 3 p.m. when a 76-year-old woman lost control of her vehicle while parking and ended up in the storefront.
She was shaken up but not injured.
A female shopper inside the store suffered a minor ankle injury.
Police said there was extensive damage to both the storefront and the vehicle.
No charges are anticipated in the incident.
