A judge says even though a Halifax man is likely responsible for a shooting in a barber shop on Titus Street in the suburb of Fairview in April 2011, he cannot find him guilty of the crime.

Decoda Levon White, 19, was acquitted Wednesday of all charges related to the shooting that happened in the middle of the day inside the front entrance of FadeMasters.

The judge says there just wasn’t sufficient evidence to convict White beyond a reasonable doubt.

Two men were shot in the incident.  Both survived with non-life threatening injuries.
