Halifax Regional Police say a man struck in a Lower Sackville crosswalk last night, died of his injuries.

The 34-year-old man died in hospital after being hit by a vehicle around 6:15 p.m. in a marked crosswalk on Glendale Avenue at Raymond Drive.

The 81-year-old female driver of the car was not injured.
    
Police are continuing to investigate.
