Witnesses on a downtown street in Halifax say they heard multiple gunshots Tuesday, but police still aren’t sure
what happened.
Police say they responded to a call for help at 2:57 p.m.
Investigators say they were told people in the area around Barrington Street and Cornwallis Street had heard gunfire near the busy intersection.
However, police say there were no reported injuries or evidence of a shooting.
