Crash closes Highway 102 on-ramp

Halifax Regional Police expect to have the 1K on-ramp, from Dunbrack Street to Highway 102 inbound, closed through the morning commute.
A single-vehicle crash early this morning has sent one man to hospital.
His injuries are believed to minor.
Police say there were two other people in the vehicle. They’re continuing to investigate.
