Nova Scotia’s Utility and Review Board has announced an unscheduled change in the price of gasoline on Tuesday night.

Effective at midnight, the interrupter clause will be invoked to change the price because of significant shifts in the market price.

That means a change of several cents at least. One forecaster is already predicting a drop of six cents per litre.

The UARB says while there have been changes in the price of diesel, it’s not enought to change the retail price right now.
