A motorcyclist is lucky to have suffered non-life threatening injuries after being hit by car in Dartmouth.
At about 9:30 p.m. police were called to the scene on Wyse Road, north of Nantucket where they found a car leaving a parking lot on Wyse Road had collided with a motorcycle.
The 38-year-old on the bike was taken to hospital but was treated and released.
A 58-year-old man driving the car was issued a ticket for failing to yield the right of way.
The driver of the motorcycle was issued a ticket for driving with a revoked license.
Earlier in the evening, the RCMP responded to a rollover towards the end of rush hour.
The rollover happened on the 102 and had the northbound lanes closed at exit 8 for a short period.
Two people were sent to hospital with non-life threatening injuries when the red Ford Focus they were travelling in left the road.
The RCMP continues to investigate.
