A married couple has been found after spending the night lost in the woods of East Chezzetcook.
RCMP Staff Sgt. Scott Warnica says the man and woman, ages 50 and 48, walked out of the woods on their own this morning.
Police and ground search crews started looking for the couple Monday night off Mines Road..
The couple’s daughter called RCMP around 9:30 p.m. to report they hadn’t returned from a day of berry picking.
The Eastern Shore Ground Search and Rescue Team was about to hand over the search to a Halifax team when the couple emerged from the woods.
